    As an Implementation Manager (Solutions Architect) I am considered an expert in Bringg’s software, helping customers to implement and customize the software to meet their complex and unique needs.

    Work with customers on short- and medium-term projects to scope, design, implement, and launch Bringg’s solution. This includes both initial implementations for new Bringg customers as well as expansion projects with existing customers to launch new workflows, implement new features, or expand to new lines of business. Work closely with Customer Success Managers to manage the scope and timelines of their projects and with Product managers for new features and new use cases.

    • Development of layout editor for personalized email campaigns for non-technical people
    • POC for automation of product integration making this plug-and-play, without the need for a specialist person operating
    • Tool for importing and mapping XMLs by a non-technical person

    Main gains:

    • 75% decrease in average email product export time (8 hours to 2 hours)
    • SLA of Banner exchange decreased from 4 days to 1 day
    • POC of product activation run in 25 minutes (usually needs a GP and average of activations is 20 to 60 days)
